No offer until it is in writing
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any property. An offer exists only when we send it to you in writing for a specific parcel, and a purchase happens only under a signed purchase agreement.
Who we are
We buy land for our own account. We are not real estate brokers or agents and do not represent buyers or sellers. When we are under contract to buy a property, we may assign our contract to a builder or investor, and we disclose that.
Information you send
You confirm that what you send us is accurate and that you are the owner of the property, or are authorized to act for the owner, when you ask about selling it.
