Program

Sleeper Lots, operated by PERSETA LLC, sends text messages to people who ask us to: landowners who request an offer or information about selling their property, and builders and investors who ask to hear about lots that fit their buy box. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this site, by texting our number first, or by replying to us and asking to be contacted by text.

What you will receive

Conversational messages about your property or your buy box: questions, offers, scheduling and closing updates. Message frequency varies with the conversation.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at drake@sleeperlots.com or (916) 365-7800. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. We will confirm once and then stop. You can also tell us in your own words, and we will honor it.

Consent is optional

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of selling to us or of any purchase.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
