What we collect

• What you send us through our forms, by email, by text or by phone: name, contact details, property details and buy-box criteria.
• Public property records, such as county parcel, ownership and sales data, which we use to identify land and its owners.
• Basic technical data our host keeps in standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

How we use it

• To evaluate property, make and negotiate offers, and close purchases.
• To match lots to the criteria builders and investors share with us.
• To reply to you and keep records of our conversations, including opt-out requests.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only for the messages described in our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that help us send messages, such as our SMS platform, process numbers only to deliver our messages.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, SMS, title and closing companies when a transaction proceeds), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Your choices
